How are Template Pro-Suite documents created?

Template Pro-Suite documents are profession-informed business templates based on common workflows and recognizable documentation practices. They are designed around routine activities such as client intake, service scope, authorization, checklists, records, completion, and handoff. They are not official professional-association forms or substitutes for legal, regulatory, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

Are these legal documents?

No. Template Pro-Suite documents are general business drafting tools, not legal, tax, medical, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice. Review and adapt each document for your situation, and obtain qualified professional review where required.

Can I edit them?

Yes. You can view, edit, and save the complete document in your browser before purchase for evaluation and drafting. After payment, your license permits you to download, edit, customize, store, and reuse the purchased template in your own business.

What file format do I receive?

Payment activates the site’s built-in PDF, editable Word, and print tools for the purchased document or every document in a purchased Starter Kit.

Can I reuse them?

Yes, under the single-user commercial license. The purchaser may reuse the template in their own business and for an unlimited number of their own clients, including completed client-specific copies. You may not share, resell, publish, upload, sublicense, or redistribute the reusable template or a modified template.

What is included in a Starter Kit?

A Starter Kit is a coordinated collection of the documents listed on that kit’s page. Purchase activates the commercial license and the built-in PDF, editable Word, and print tools for every document included in that Starter Kit.

Are updates included?

The Terms do not promise updates as part of a purchase. Template Pro-Suite may update the site, catalog, features, pricing, policies, and Terms from time to time; review the current listing and Terms for the latest information.

Do I need an account?

No. No account or password is required. If you need access after changing browsers, clearing storage, or moving to another device, use the purchase-recovery page with the email used at Stripe Checkout.

Can I access purchases on another device?

Yes. Request a secure, single-use recovery link using the email used at Stripe Checkout, then open it on the browser or device where you want to restore access. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes.

Do you offer refunds?

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if neither the PDF nor Word file has been downloaded. Send refund requests, along with relevant purchase details, to hello@TemplateProSuite.com.

Are these suitable in my jurisdiction?

Template Pro-Suite does not guarantee that a template is legally sufficient, enforceable, compliant, or suitable in any particular jurisdiction. Requirements vary by location, so you are responsible for independent review and adapting the document for your circumstances.
